Job Description

Data validation is a live data check performed multiple times during the survey fielding. It is performed to ensure that the survey data matches the survey materials. Identify potential fraudulent respondents that failed the data quality checks and report them. These are subsequently excluded from the final survey data providing ultimate quality data to our clients.  

A successful candidate needs to demonstrate existing experience in data validation area using SPSS scripts or Quantum. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: including, but not limited to the following: 

  • Data validation: 100% accuracy 

  • Understand data structure. 

  • Write programs/scripts to check the data for any errors using tools like SPSS or Quantum. 

  • Basic knowledge of Confirmit/Decipher platforms. 

  • Pro-active communication: 100% meet deadlines 

  • Handle multiple projects independently and deliver error free output. 

  • Review project requirements and execute projects independently as per requirements. 

Qualifications

PRE-REQUISITES FOR THE ROLE: including, but not limited to the following: 

  • SPSS (required) 

  • Quantum (desired) 

  • MS Office experience (Excel, Word, required)

OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge, Skill, Ability: 

  • Ability to learn quickly. 

  • Ability to communicate effectively. 

  • Ability to work in rotational shifts UK / US time zones.

QUALIFICATIONS: Education and Training Required: 

  • Mathematics / statistics / computers or an engineering university degree.
