Job Description

Client focus

Strives to exceed the client’s satisfaction when working on deliverables/interacting with the clients:

  • Work directly with the clients, especially on high complexity deliverables
  • Proactively suggest improvements in the process, to & fro with translation team, integration with tables delivery process 
  • Meet timelines
  • Satisfactorily answers any data questions posed by client/internal teams


Ensure high quality of project data deliverables in alignment with client’s needs

  • Coding open responses, developing codebooks and prep of output files
  • Performing quality checks at various levels of projects to maintain standard of quality with accuracy.
  • Delivery of error free high-quality delivery meeting project timelines.
  • Record timesheet, client feedback, logs and various KPI data for analysis
  • Timely coding the interim data and keeping the open responses up to date as fielding progresses

Workload management

Optimum level of utilization

  • Pipeline management: Intake of projects from internal teams and clients
  • Monitoring the progress of the project in field/checking for documents / coordinating with client service contact and project manager for project status/requirements.

Employee engagement/team development

Maintain relationship/provides development opportunities to team members via one on one meetings and ad-hoc calls. Ensure that the team members are engaged in supporting improvement initiatives and are encouraged to contribute. Find ways to expand their skill sets.

  • Contribute to employee appraisals of indirect reports
  • Conducts employee appraisals of direct reports
  • Actively engage in staff hiring (technical interview, skill assessment, etc.)
  • New staff onboarding and training
  • Assess and train new vendors
  • Keep the team informed about information shared with them by their manager and report back


Contribute to improve team efficiency:

  • Come up with new ideas to assure the team’s competitive advantage
  • Contribute and play actively role to develop marketing materials


Relevant Education

Additional Information

Minimum Experience

  • Candidate will preferably have experience with customer support or market research projects

Knowledge, Skill, Ability:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated knowledge of English grammar rules
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to learn new technologies and systems
