About the Business Division:
This role is part of ONEHealth Communications, a subsidiary of M3 Inc., which is a specialist Healthcare Communications agency working in partnership with our clients to deliver end-to-end Media and Content services. This is supported by Data4NHS, providing one of the largest GDPR compliant email databases of Healthcare Professionals (HCP) in the UK.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Execute set of tasks looking to improve the database. 
  • Research and call Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) to verify data (i.e. location, GMC code, etc.)
  • Verifying and converting leads from events to contacts (processing registration forms from events.
  • Update database accurately with a high level of attention to detail
  • Adhere to documentation guideline to update/investigate and research the data whilst complying with UK laws (i.e. GDPR)
  • Using the call-handling system to investigate the data when necessary
  • Resolve queries where possible & helping to improve quality of the data
  • Develop an understanding of the data structure to run campaigns
  • Ensure all work is carried out correctly against the administrative and technical timelines
  • Build relationships with other team members in the department to provide a quality service, understand the campaign requirements and to action on the overall communications objectives
  • Respond to enquiries from both internal and external sources (including HCPs, and member of the wider team e.g. Data4NHS as well as OHC) as required
  • Undertake tasks as and when required by the Operations Manager/Client Director of Services
  • Ensure the Operations Manager is advised of any issues to enable a timely resolution
  • Aiming to always represent the department and OHC with the highest level of professionalism
