Essential Duties and Responsibilities (overall summary of the role):

The Panel Engagement Assistant is responsible for supporting marketing campaigns designed to improve panel size, engagement and retention across all centralised panels and key markets, ensuring alignment with the organization's multiple brand guidelines and objectives. This role will work across multiple panel email initiatives, focusing on improving the quality of all centralised panel brands, and contribute to a positive user experience for panel members through timely, high quality and professional communication.

Essential Job functions (what the employee would do):
Including, but not limited to the following:

  1. Work closely with the Panel Engagement Manager and Strategist, providing the required support on the centralised panel brand marketing campaigns and initiatives globally, ensuring campaigns are high quality and sent out to schedule.
  2. Work on the MR System and DotDigital as required to support the delivery of multiple panel marketing initiatives. 
  3. Provide general administrative duties and support to the wider team in English as required and delivered to the agreed deadline.
  4. Work with panellist data to create / check audience and payment files, following instructions given by the Panel Engagement Manager and ensuring all relevant data protection and M3 guidelines are followed in terms of data storage, retention, and transfer.
  5. Ensure deadlines are met, working within agreed timelines for all panel engagement and retention activities.
  6. Collaborate effectively with all Panel functions and the wider team as required to ensure Global Panel goals are delivered.
  7. Follow data quality procedures to provide a high-quality user experience to panel members, ensuring high quality campaigns are delivered and mistakes minimised.
  8. Respond to enquiries in appropriate language, within agreed timelines, and following M3 processes.
  9. Ensure actions assigned by the Global Brand & Engagement Manager and Associate Director of Panel are completed to schedule and in full.
  10. Ensure that daily targets set for routine activities are met and to standards expected.

  • Successful implementation of assigned multi-panel engagement campaigns, effectively contributing to the Global Panel team goals.
  • Increase panel size, engagement, and retention via the deployment of effective, high quality, on time Engagement campaigns Effective collaboration with all panel functions and stakeholders.
  • Become an advocate for the Panel via good Panel management practices and collaboration with other teams.

    Minimum Experience:

    • 1+ years of experience in B2C marketing

    Knowledge, Skill, Ability:

    • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills.
    • Data Collection & Analysis.
    • Member database management.
    • Email marketing.
    • Interest in, or previous experience of marketing in the healthcare space is desirable.

    Qualifications

    Education and Training Required:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or any other relevant field.
    • Fluent English speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrable knowledge of English grammar.
    • German language proficiency desired, but not essential for the role.
