Job Description

Role: Fieldwork Coordinator/Executive
Team: Sampling Team


Overview of Sampling team and the role:
Sampling team plays the major role in any primary market research project, having great sampling practices and team will help the organization achieve its revenue as well as strategic goals.

The Fieldwork Coordinator is responsible for sampling on quantitative projects and assisting the Project Managers in making sure studies are delivered in accordance with the specs given by the client. The Fieldwork Coordinator leases with the vendors and freelancers, and the panel recruitment team to deliver the project, being fully responsible for the sampling aspect of the allocated projects.

Each member of this team should have great attention to details, extreme diligence in day-to-day work, dedication to company & personal goals and passion for success.

Broad Responsibilities:

  • Manage and control of sampling for the allocated projects
  • Build a sampling plan for the projects allocated
  • Liaise with other teams to maximize internal sample resources via phone recruitment, segmented emails and other custom recruitment solutions
  • Manage and control of the partners on quantitative projects, ensuring that M3 achieves and exceeds client’s expectations
  • Ensure projects are completed in line with timelines stipulated by the client
  • Come up with alternative sampling strategies when internal panel sample is not sufficient to reach total sample sizes of projects
  • Alert the Project Manager of a project when a sample strategy is failing or getting off track and work together to find alternative solutions
  • Pro-actively seek alternative sample strategies and think about response rate and costs on each project
  • Track, monitor and report on sampling performance and costs at a project level

Pre-requisites for hiring:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience with market research projects which could include intricate sampling
  • Proficient at Excel
  • Fluent in English
  • Enjoy working with and comfortable with large amounts of data
  • Hands on experience in sampling management of global online studies
  • Be able to work as part of a team and show flexibility in the tasks they are asked to perform
  • Independently motivated and inspired by working in a dynamic environment
  • Comfortable with change, ability to derive opportunity from uncertainty
  • Analytical and strategic thinker
  • Ensure 100% accuracy and display excellent attention to detail
  • Organizational skills as the role involves working on a variety of projects to generate effective results
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience in managing healthcare primary research projects is a plus
  • Should be able to prioritize task and work independently to solve problems creatively
  • Willing to work in US/UK shift
