Job Description


  • Calling US customer and explaining them about the product.
  • Convincing them to take up a Survey.
  • Cold calling and Lead generation.
  • Build and maintain a good rapport with respondent.


  • Very good convincing skill over the phone
  • Ability to get past the gatekeeper
  • • Good cold calling and lead generation experience
  • • Proactive thinker
  • • Person who looks a the solution and not the problem.
  • • Comfortable to work in night shift


Any Graduate/Under Graduate

Additional Information


  • International Voice Process (Outbound or Inbound) 
  • Market research experience (Good to have)
