Job Description

Role Mission:
The Senior Project Assistant is responsible for executing tasks related to project delivery, ensuring work is completed within established Service Level Agreement timelines and quality.

They also assist managers with reporting, troubleshooting tasks, and issues in the system and developing recruiting methodologies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Including, but not limited to the following:

  • Execute end to end project tasks, ensuring accuracy, quality and timely delivery of work, including but not limited to:
  1. Escalated or key account projects.
  2. Execute complex and non-standard ad-hoc tasks.
  3. Review dynamic audience on allocated projects to ensure that relevant sample is invited.
  4. Manage and update duplicates in sub-surveys.
  • Have an excellent understanding of project recruitment methodologies for quantitative and qualitative studies; collaborate with various members of the project team, to best utilize available options to maximize internal completes.
  • Ensure projects and tasks allocated are completed in line with timelines and budgets stipulated by the client and/or internal service level agreements.
  • Communicate recruitment updates, status and issues to internal project teams through email, meetings or as agreed in regular intervals.
  • Proactively seek alternative sample and recruiting strategies, providing ideas to improve response rate and reduce costs in each project.
  • Advanced skills and knowledge of sampling, emailing and reporting tools from the MR system and additional technical and marketing platforms. Support management and junior teammates usage of these tools across the team.
  • Manage 25 or more live projects including complex projects, and challenging recruit targets, expanding knowledge and experience on market research recruitment for quantitative and qualitative studies.
  • Identify quality issues and recommend solutions in projects to the project team or manager.
  • Assist with training for new starters as a support to the Project Delivery Manager:
  1. Provide first line support for any issues.
  2. Conduct task reviews.
  3. Oversee workload within the team.
  • Work with managers to develop, pilot and implement new recruiting strategies and options.

Knowledge, Skill, Ability:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated knowledge of English grammar rules.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel) and quick learner of new technologies/software
  • Interest / natural curiosity or previous experience /exposure within the healthcare space
  • Exhibit strong critical thinking skills and take initiative to improve skills and troubleshoot proactively using all available resources to support project success.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment to successfully meet study specific and departmental objectives.
  • Self-motivated and able to (re)prioritize tasks throughout the workday.
  • Exceptional time management, organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Willing to work in US shift

Minimum Experience:

  • 1+ years of experience in Market Research.
  • Candidate will preferably have experience with complex market research projects which could include desk research, custom recruitment and cold emailing.


Education and Training Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
